Queens Park Rangers captain Joey Barton was arrested on charges of commotion after the midfielder was involved in a fight outside a nightclub in Liverpool. The 29-year-old midfielder admitted he was hit in the back of the head on Monday (4/6) morning after engaging in a fight with two 21-year-old man was also arrested. Barton and a 20-year-old man was arrested on Monday (4/6) evening. "In connection with a fight on Eberle Street, Liverpool, on Monday (4/6) morning, four people were arrested on charges of commotion," Merseyside Police wrote in their official statement. "Two 21-year-old man was arrested at the site at dawn and two others, 20-year-old man from Liverpool and 29-year-old man from Widnes was arrested in the afternoon." "Two men aged 21 years and 20-year-old man was questioned and then released. The 29-year-old man was arrested and will be interrogated by the police," said Merseyside Police. Barton was jailed for 77 days in 2008 because it involved a fight in Liverpool. He also was examined by QPR after 12 games because of suspension was given the violence done in the Premier League last match against Manchester City last month.
